ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION
Athar Scents reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in certain cases, including but not limited to stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or pricing errors.
Once an order is confirmed, it is automatically forwarded to our shipping partner and the shipping process begins immediately. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. If an issue arises with your order after it has shipped, it will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship across all governorates in Egypt, with delivery timelines varying by location. Cash on Delivery (COD) and Credit/Debit Card payments (via Paymob) are both accepted, with no additional fees on either option. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are limited to cases where the item arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or where the wrong item was delivered.
