We ship across all governorates in Egypt through our fulfillment partner. Delivery times below vary depending on your location, and represent the first delivery attempt.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and prepared for shipping on the same day of confirmation, before being handed to our courier.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees vary depending on your delivery zone and order weight. Orders exceeding 2kg may incur additional charges based on actual or volumetric weight.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on all orders across Egypt.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier will attempt delivery according to the estimated timeline above. If delivery is unsuccessful on the first attempt, a second attempt will be made. If the customer cannot be reached, the order will be returned and canceled.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us on the same day of delivery for a replacement or refund.
